Some Android device may have buttons combination to access Clockwork Mod (CWM) when the Android device in off state. But some maybe dunno how it works or still can't access it after combining some button. Actually I found an easier method to access your Clockwork Mod.
First, download Quick boot apps for your android device (required root access), you can search it by google or actually download it from Google Play Store. Install (will require Root access permission) and open the apps, choose Reboot then your Android device will restart (wait for seconds) then voila you can access the CWM.
To choose the options you can use volume up or volume down buttons and power button to execute the option.
